I don't blame them. So they go to a nearby suburb where they hope to get better prices. I think 20 year and Milwaukee will be significantly more downtown than central city. Especially is recent trends continue, such as the high school graduation growing from 45% to 63%. This is a huge shift. The article says that largely educated blacks want out and want real estate. What did you read about why this is happening? Are blacks leaving for the same reasons whites left at one time? And why are whites coming back? I guess it's the cool thing to do to live downtown now, get yourself a nice loft or condo. Any speculations on how long this will take to happen to Milwaukee?
